How can I get a coupon? The best way to make sure you don't miss out on any coupons is to sign up for emails. All the best deals are sent to email subscribers, so you'll want to stay on the list! Sign up HERE.
Do you have more dresses than those I can see online? Yes, to see more, visit Tara's Gift Shoppe in Rosenort, MB. We have everything that is available online and some one-of-a-kind dresses. This is also a good way to find which style and size fit you the best.
What if my dress doesn’t fit? Contact Tara at 204 320 3042 or sales@wearadress(dot)com to let us know what didn't work and to request an exchange. If you are unsure what size will fit, make sure to check out our sizing chart HERE. Check out THIS page to get some ideas on how to make your dress fit.
Do you ship internationally? We are prepared to ship to Canada and the United States if you order from our website. If you need a dress shipped elsewhere, send Tara an email at sales@wearadress.com and we will try to accommodate you!
I ordered a 50” length dress and now it measures 51”. Why? Our dresses are made with stretch knits so all measurements are approximate. The measurements are different if you measure the dress when you are wearing it or when it is lying on a flat surface or hanging on a hanger.
The measurements in the item description have been taken while the dress was hanging, and measured from the back of the neck to the bottom of the skirt.
You're out of my size in something I want. Will you be getting any more? Normally the options that show in the size drop-down box on the item's page are all we have. If a particular size isn't shown, it means we have sold out of it. In rare cases, we may be expecting a re-stock.
Can you make a custom dress/custom color/change something about a dress? Can I send you my own fabric to sew into one of your patterns? Can I purchase a pattern? Sorry but we cannot do custom orders. This includes custom colors or custom lengths. All of our dresses are pre-made and ready-to-wear. We can't sell you extra fabric from our clothing either. One of our specialties is that we offer ready-to-ship clothing and our seamstresses are busy sewing up the next collection of dresses. Our patterns are not for sale at this time.
