My dress doesn't fit. What is your return/exchange policy?
Incorrect Sizes: If you find you have ordered an incorrect size, just contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll exchange it. Only unworn, unwashed garments are exchangeable.
Returns: Straight returns are not accepted, however you may return an unworn, unwashed item along with your receipt, at your own expense for store credit. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can watch for it. You can contact Tara at sales@wearadress(dot)com or 204-320-3042. Credit will be issued in the form of a discount code after the item is received.
Keep in mind that store credit will be issued for the amount that was paid for the item at the time of purchase. (Shipping charges are non-refundable.)
Please remember all SALE items are final and do not qualify for returns. The term "Final Sale" means an item cannot be returned or exchanged.

If There’s A Problem with a Garment: We try to check each garment before it ships, but occasionally there can be flaws in the sewing or fabric that we miss. Or we might have just messed up and shipped the wrong style or size. If you find a problem, please use the contact form or email sales@wearadress.com about a getting a replacement. We want you to LOVE your purchase!

- Write Canadian Goods Returned on a white envelope and place invoice inside.
- Affix envelope to outside of the package you wish to return.
